  1. Prepared, developed, and optimized gastroretentive tablet of H2 receptor antagonist and calcium channel blocker drug by QbD approach. Development of HPLC methods for estimation of the drug in plasma.
  2. Carried out a pharmacokinetic and roentgenographic study of formulation in rabbits and rats.
  3. Carried out a pharmacodynamic study of hypertension induced by Doxorubicin and aspirin-induced ulcers in rabbits.
  4. Developed and evaluate solid dispersion of BCS class II and carried out a pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study in rats following one kidney one clip model.
  5. Developed and evaluate the spray-dried powder of methylene blue to improve the particle size for DPI
  6. US regulations for tablets and capsules.
  7. Formulate and evaluate in vitro anti-inflammatory, antibacterial study of silver nanoparticles hydrogel of cinnamaldehyde.
  8. Following are a few high-end formulation equipment and instruments that I have worked on i.e., Tablet punching machine, spray dryer, R & D coater, Sotax flow through cells, Cascade Impactor.
  9. Poster presentation on “Bioanalytical Method Development and Validation of Famotidine using HPLC System” at the 72nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, Nagpur.
  10. Completed course “Animal Handling and Experimentation Techniques” organized by BVDU, Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune-411038 during 24th may to 3rd June 2022.
  11. Demonstration of Zeta potential and size analyzer given at “Strategies and approaches for characterization of Pharmaceuticals and Biopharmaceuticals Hands on Training Workshop May 17-23, 2022, DST-STUTI ICT” held at BVDU, Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune-411038.
